Pisces Horoscope from Jonathan Cainer
October 13:
“You simply can’t appreciate daylight until you know what it is like to stare into the darkness of a long night. Happiness means little if it has not been preceded by a certain amount of sorrow. Think of all that has made life so difficult lately. Did it really have a point? Was it all necessary? Couldn’t certain problems have been avoided? These are unanswerable questions that will only exhaust and distract you, if you continue to ask them. Ask instead, ‘Where next?’ And, then, be inspired by the obvious answer! Now is the right time for you to take an in-depth, up close and personal look at your life.”
It seems that this advice falls into the realm of the more general. I mean who among us couldn’t say this about most periods of our lives? There’s always some part of your life stalled out, even if most of it is going swimmingly. Still, and this is something I admire in astrology, it affords a few minutes of self-reflection and reassessment. And it’s good advice, which will only build on my effort to think of my never-ending, rarely-satisfying publicity scramble as a “professional” novelist in a more productive, life-friendly way.
VERDICT: Non-specific, but universally helpful advice all the same.
